The Johnny Cash Songbook Returns to Truro!

After a huge show in Truro last year, The Johnny Cash Songbook is coming back — and this time they’re taking the stage at the beautiful Marigold Theatre with their powerful tribute show, Live at Folsom Prison.

Led by Rob Smith, whose commanding and authentic portrayal of Johnny Cash has captivated audiences across Atlantic Canada, the show recreates the grit, energy, and emotion of Cash’s legendary 1968 prison performance. Featuring stunning musicianship, heartfelt storytelling, and the songs you know by heart — from Folsom Prison Blues to Cocaine Blues, I Walk the Line, and more — this is a tribute that truly honours the Man in Black.

And That's not all! We will be welcoming special guest Nicholas Langille! Nick is a 16-year-old singer and multi-instrumentalist from Nova Scotia, Canada, making waves across Eastern Canada and the U.S. From Nashville, Tennessee, to Cape Breton Nova Scotia, their performances have reached audiences far and wide.
